> After fertilization of the C. elegans oocyte, autophagosomes (GFP) are rapidly forming around sperm DNA  (mCherry-Histone H2B)


 Time lapse recording (1 Z-stack/min.) of a C. elegans embryos, the presence of autophagosomes becomes obvious at the beginning of the second meiotic division (around 20 minutes after fertilization).
